Im two hours per day. I surf the net , MSN and Orkut.Yes it depends what time it is disturbing on a daily basis , studients or other .Yes first thing parents have to encorage a acertain time daily, if not children slay many hors in fron of computer.

I agree with you, I see now that the games of old are fading because of electronics, especially computers.
